What automated systems are used for

Golden Kundli may use automated and AI-assisted technologies to help with the following:

• Product routing — helping users find the right Granth or guidance product based on their question or situation

• Generating draft guidance — assembling and formatting the personalized text sections in Free Mini Granths and Full Premium Granths from your birth details and inputs

• Explaining Granths — providing plain-language explanations of what your Granth means and how to read it

• Translation and localisation — preparing Premium Language Edition content in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi, and other languages

• Formatting PDFs — arranging, structuring, and rendering your personalized content into a downloadable PDF file

• Summarising provided details — condensing your profile and input details into a personalisation summary shown in your Granth

• Support and admin tools — assisting with routing support tickets, flagging issues, and preparing draft responses for review

• Chatbot assistance — the Golden Guide (public chatbot) and Golden Navigator (dashboard assistant) use automated responses to help you navigate the SYSTEM

What automated systems do not do

• Astrological calculations (rashi, nakshatra, lagna, planetary positions) come from your birth details processed through dedicated calculation providers — AI must not invent chart data.

• Compatibility matching scores, if provided, are derived from structured calculation engines, not invented by AI.

• Automated systems do not claim to speak on behalf of any deity, spirit, or supernatural entity.

• Outputs are for cultural and spiritual reflection only — AI systems are not used to make professional decisions about your health, legal status, finances, or safety.

Guardrails and quality

Where possible, outputs pass through safety and quality guardrails before being delivered. However, automated content may contain errors, cultural inaccuracies, or incomplete personalisation. Always apply personal judgement and consult qualified professionals for important decisions.
