This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for purchases made through the Golden Kundli SYSTEM.
Payments are not currently active
Paid unlocks are not active yet. No payments can be made through the SYSTEM at this time. This policy will apply when payments are enabled. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us immediately via the Contact page with your order reference and the email used at checkout.
Free Mini Granths
Free Mini Granths are available at no cost. No purchase or refund applies. They are stored in your dashboard for one year from generation. Please download a copy before the expiry date.
Full Premium Granths — digital products
Full Premium Granths are personalized digital goods prepared specifically from your details on demand. Because they are generated personally for you at the time of purchase, they are generally non-refundable once the file has been generated and delivered to your dashboard.
When we do offer refunds
We will review and, where appropriate, issue a refund in the following situations:
• A technical failure prevented the file from being generated
• The file was not delivered to your dashboard within a reasonable time
• There was a duplicate charge or clearly erroneous transaction
• A system error resulted in an incorrect charge
We do not offer refunds because the content did not match personal expectations, because birth details were entered incorrectly, or because you changed your mind after generation.
Premium Language Edition add-on
The optional Premium Indian Language Edition add-on (+$0.99) follows the same terms as the Full Premium Granth it accompanies. It is non-refundable once the language edition file has been generated and delivered. Language edition add-ons are not currently active.
Wallet and credits
If a wallet or credit system is introduced in future, unused credits may be subject to separate refund or expiry terms announced at that time.
How to request a refund
Send your order reference and the email used at checkout via our Contact page or support system. Please describe the issue clearly. Where a refund is approved, it is processed through the original payment method within a reasonable period (typically 5–10 business days, subject to your bank or card provider).
