Refund Policy

Complete reports marked available are one-time purchases in USD. Before paying, sign in, confirm your account email, and review the selected person or people, required details, contents and price. Availability is shown per report. New wallet credit packs and recurring subscriptions are not offered.

Each Golden Kundli report is prepared for the selected person or people using the required inputs and the method described on its report page. A name-only report does not require a birth moment. Because these are personalised digital products, the change-of-mind restrictions and delivery exceptions below apply.

You read before you pay

Where a free preview is available, read its findings and limitations before deciding. Compare the published complete-report contents and price so you understand what the paid report adds. A preview is not the complete report, and not every report uses a birth chart.

Why all sales are final

A report is generated digitally rather than shipped. The order and delivery status show whether preparation has completed; payment alone does not confirm that a PDF or email has arrived. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind after the Granth has been generated, for a reading that did not match what you hoped it would say, or for not having read an available free preview first. Delivery failures and billing errors are handled below.

Two things we would rather fix than refund. If you entered your birth details incorrectly, tell us within 24 hours and we will regenerate the Granth once, free. If you bought the wrong Granth from the catalogue, write to us and we will move you to the right one.

The two things we will always make right

If Golden Kundli fails to deliver, that is ours to fix, not yours to absorb. First: if the Granth never arrived or cannot be opened generation failed, the file is corrupt, or it never reached your dashboard tell us and we will regenerate it, and if we cannot, we refund in full. Second: duplicate charges and billing errors are refunded in full, always, without question.

Free Mini Granths

Free mini Granths cost nothing and so carry nothing to refund. New signed-in free previews are available in your dashboard for 14 days; complete paid report files remain available for 90 days. Your dashboard shows each file's exact expiry, including older previews. Guest previews use a scoped download link and are not automatically added to an account created later. Please download a copy before access expires.

Add-ons

Reports currently offered are in English; no paid language add-on is offered. If an add-on is included in an existing order, it follows the same terms as that report: final once delivered, made right if it fails to arrive.

Credits

New wallet credit packs and recurring subscriptions are not offered. Any existing credits may be used only where an eligible feature shows the debit before confirmation. This policy does not set a new credit price or expiry rule. A failed eligible use must not consume credits; a duplicate debit will be restored after verification.

Write to support@goldenkundli.com or use the Contact page with your order reference and the email on your account. A human reads every message, and we aim to reply within two business days. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; Golden Kundli does not store your full card number.
